Marti Mulherin is a licensed
Realtor serving Maine and New Hampshire. Born and raised in Maine, she offers
in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Marti discovered the charm
of New Hampshire while attending UNH Durham, where she earned her BA.


She and her husband, Mike, met as neighbors in Portsmouth and later spent
several years renovating a historic home in Kittery Point—an experience that
sparked her passion for real estate. Since then, they have built and renovated
numerous homes throughout Maine and New Hampshire.


In 1997, Marti returned to Durham, where she and Mike raised their three sons.
She later obtained her M.Ed. in Reading from UNH and spent nearly twenty years
as a reading teacher. Her teaching career honed her skills in clear
communication and attention to detail, qualities she now brings to her real
estate clients.


With over a decade of experience representing both buyers and sellers, Marti
provides a seamless experience from consultation to closing. Outside of real
estate, she enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, cooking, and traveling. Whether
